Our products are listed alphabetically by supplier. Here you will find anodised, tinplate, non-stick and silicone tins (if indeed you can have a tin made of silicone!). Silverwood anodised tins are generously sized and last forever, but don't ignore their instruction to grease and then flour the tin first otherwise you'll be retrieving your bread a crumb at a time! Non-stick works very well and loaves just slip out, while silicone tins are a doddle to use, don't wear out and are easy to store. You can scrunch them up mercilessly into any nook or cranny and they will always bounce back to shape when required. Your loaves will fall out or peel out easily - but remember to leave a little extra time for cooking. Tinplate is less easy to use, but improves with use (unless you scour it every time) as it builds up a patina that actually becomes quite non stick. Tinplate also offers a better range of sizes than other materials, and when you've stocked your bread bin you can use it to make a terrine.
