Le Creuset cerise cast iron grills and the grillits are perfect for searing your meat and vegetables. The cast iron gets hot, stays hot and spreads the heat evenly creating delicious caramelisation and sear lines. Le Creuset cast iron will work on any hob (including induction), is happy in the oven, under the grill and in the dishwasher. With its double pouring rim, the Grillit is neat for pouring off any unwanted fat.

Care of Cast Iron

    Before first use remove all packaging and labels, wash pans in hot soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Rub a film of vegetable oil over the entire interior non-stick surface, rinse the pan with hot water & dry thoroughly. Only medium to low heats are needed for most cooking, including frying and searing. DO NOT pre-heat a pan on high temperatures DO NOT overheat your pans Use metal tools, spoons or whisks with care, avoiding scraping over the non-stick surface Knifes or sharp objects should never be used on the non-stick surface Max oven temperature 260degC Cool the plan before cleaning, do not plunge into, or fill with, cold water when hot. DO NOT use abrasive cleaning products Each time the pan is cleaned in the dishwasher the cooking surface should be re-conditioned with oil

Delivery Schedule

Under normal circumstances, and assuming everything is in stock, we aim to despatch goods within 3-5 working days (or within 48 hours for express delivery) of receiving your order depending on the delivery method we use, your order will then usually take another two days to arrive. So normally order will be with you within 7 working days.

We do not take payment until we despatch the goods.

If for any reason we don't have your items in stock, we'll contact you as soon as possible to let you know, usually with 24 hours of your ordering, except at weekend, when it will at some point Monday PM or Tuesday AM.
