Thermolon's superb heat conduction distributes heat perfectly allowing you to cook at lower temperatures.  In addition, Kyoto pans also have ergonomically designed handles which are heat resistant up to tempatures of 180°C and are suitable for most types of cooker, excluding induction.

Delivery Schedule

Under normal circumstances, and assuming everything is in stock, we aim to despatch goods within 3-5 working days (or within 48 hours for express delivery) of receiving your order depending on the delivery method we use, your order will then usually take another two days to arrive. So normally order will be with you within 7 working days.

We do not take payment until we despatch the goods.

If for any reason we don't have your items in stock, we'll contact you as soon as possible to let you know, usually with 24 hours of your ordering, except at weekend, when it will at some point Monday PM or Tuesday AM.
