Before using your Bobble Jug for the first time:
  • Fill your Bobble Jug with water
  • Squeeze the water out through the filter. You will see some black residue, don't worry it's only carbon
Caring for your Bobble Jug:
  • Only wash by hand (ideally using a Bobble Brush) and dry well
  • Avoid storing in direct sunlight; it's not good for Bobble.
  • Replace filter after 2 months or 40 gallons/150 liters

Delivery Schedule

Under normal circumstances, and assuming everything is in stock, we aim to despatch goods within 3-5 working days (or within 48 hours for express delivery) of receiving your order depending on the delivery method we use, your order will then usually take another two days to arrive. So normally order will be with you within 7 working days.

We do not take payment until we despatch the goods.

If for any reason we don't have your items in stock, we'll contact you as soon as possible to let you know, usually with 24 hours of your ordering, except at weekend, when it will at some point Monday PM or Tuesday AM.
